Second if it takes one punch to get KO'd then you should know better then getting involved in other people's business

I think it's a tough position for any bystander to be in. If people do nothing, we're often liable as a society to fault folks for not stepping up and intervening. Yet when they intervene, sometimes we criticize them for not minding their business.

Separately, as you mentioned, that fellow very well could have died. That just happened here in Livonia about a month ago. A rec league soccer player did not like an official's call so he sucker punched him, killer the official in the process. http://www.freep.com/article/2014073...illed-by-punch
