When did you guys hit your biggest growth spurt?

Out of nowhere, I grew 4 inches in high school from about Halloween to winter break during senior year.

8th grade to freshman year I went from 5'8" to 6'0" I'm still 6'0" today. Also I went from wearing a 8.5" shoe to a 11.5 in less than 1 year.

From age 19-20 (As a Sophmore in College) I grew like 4 inches from 5'8 to 6'0.

Sounds like you got a growth spurt like Andy Roddick. Dude was like 5'2'' at 15 and ended up being 6'1'' by the time he was 18 or so and then added an inch at 22. If you follow tennis, his body also started to fill in late 2003. He was strong as shyt in 2004 probably because he finally grew into his body. Dude had ridiculous power at the time.

Pretty much every year after 2nd grade was a continual growth spurt for me.

I remember when I was little that my shins would be in TERRIBLE pain night after night because I was growing so quickly.

The youngest age that I can remember my height was in 5th grade and I was 5'10"... then I was 6'3" in 8th and by graduation... I was 6'8" (current height).

I didn't really have a huge growth spurt I was big when I was a kid, teen and Adult 6'4.

I was 5'6 when I was 13. At the age of 14 I was standing at 6'0... so I grew 6 inches in a year. Right now im 6'3 at the age of 24.
