if what he says is true, which i have no idea, he needs to talk w/ a lawyer for sure. However I find that oftentimes in these wrongful termination situations there is always way more to the story, e.g., if she was really a good worker the company would never fire somebody for something like that. If she's skipped work a bunch of times, shown up late all the time, etc., then i could see why they didn't buy her story and canned her.

We have documentation stating she was 11 weeks pregnant. We have documentation stating she had a miscarriage. We have a note from a doctor stating her condition.
No need for them to "buy" anything.
From the looks of it, though, they certainly will be buying something.
