Buy coke. In case anything goes wrong you OD from it and you're free of blame.

    Don't do drugs.

    Don't follow your friends.

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most of your time with.

Don't lose sight of career goals.

Stay ambitious, even if your friends are not.

'Whats a little fight, tomorrow you'll be boys again'

When dishes aren't being cleaned, $hits going missing, foods mysteriously being eaten, lay down the fukin law.

Clean your place ONCE a week.

Do your laundry ONCE a week.

Get used to eating fast food.

    Get used to be broke.

    Get used to missing mom.

Stay in school and/or work. Always.

Bitches ain't nothin but hoes and tricks.

    Expect a messy crib.

    Have fun in moderation.

Pay your rent, bills, groceries first. Everything else is second.

Don't get a credit card if your short on cash, to cover daily expenses. That will create future problems.

Re-evaulate your life in a year and see what will take you to the next level. Independence and the short term gratification of that or moving back in and being patient until your really on your feet to the point you can afford your own place.

Have fun. Party hard. How old are you?

If you can, keep the place clean. This is hard when you're living with younger dudes, but will help you get girls over in the long run (at least good looking ones)

Don't share a room. Make sure you can all afford rent/utilities and there won't be one guy coming up short

Yeah we each will have our own room and we will divide the chores as fairly as possible.

How do I go about separating my food and stuff with just one fridge?

Assuming your early 20s, or late teens, you won't. Unless you're living with really mature roomates, they will eat your shit. If you don't want them into your shit, be strict with them about it. I live w/ two roommates who are older right now, so they're mature (both in their 30s) and I don't have problem with my food. We each have our own shelves, and own sections of the fridge. Freezer is pretty much open game, but they never go into my shit because they're not poor.

If you're worried about them getting into your beers, keep a mini fridge in your room.

Don't hestitate to be a dick when you have to. It's your place as much as anyone else's..as long as it's reasonable, make sure they know what you are and aren't cool with.

Form a backup plan/plan for getting your own place. You won't live there very long.

Don't ask for advice. Wing it and adjust accordingly.

if you and your roommates share some common ideals, good for you

and if not, chances are it won't be pleasant.

probably how I feel about people going on them missionary trips.
