I remember that game. Even though we lost, it was a super fun game to watch. Bynum was super skinny back then too.

What I see is that for most of the game is that Smush Parker and Jordan Farmar were his primary defenders and they allowed him to get red-hot going into the fourth quarter and overtime.

By the time Kobe switched over to him, Agent Zero was already red-hot and Kobe's defense could do nothing too cool is hot shooting hand. Give Gilbert Arenas credit for a great game.

Its really not that big of a deal. Arenas averaged close to 30ppg that season so he was basically destroying everybody.

shows how many 10 year olds are on this forum. theres a reason gilbert arenas made nearly 25 mill last year not even playing a single game

at the time when arenas dropped that 60 he was the 2nd best scorer in the nba

he was averaging 29.3ppg in 2006 and 28.4ppg in 2007

he was a stud before his injuries

jameer saying he was a scrub.. other guys using rolling LOL faces at the thought of gilbert arenas being able to go off for 60...

yeah.. he was sick as ****

dude signed a 111 million dollar contract over 6 years.

i'l admit it was a bad game defensively for kobe. but with the way gilbert scores ( which is all streak shooting from 40 feet ) i doubt anyone could have stopped him that night

gilbert and tmac had similar careers. both were nearly as talented offensively as some of the greatest to ever play but their careers were cut short due to major injuries. give the men some credit

He outplayed Arenas big time in the next match up if I recall correctly.
Arenas was on absolute fire, some of his shots that he was making was like damn, can't believe that shit's in.

The all-merciful Kobe wanted Arenas to have his moment of glory before he intimidated him after the game into having a ringless career.

Bruce Bowen, the most one-dimensional player in NBA history, dropped 27 points on him in a playoff game. Kobe's defense has always been overrated and shitty.
