Have Kobe fans changed their player ranking criteria?
I think they concentrate on finals win/loss record now from what I'm seing...
Been reading a lot "5/7" and "2/5" lately..

Well they need to find something else quickly, because 5/6 is technically better than 5/7. Nevermind that it's a silly argument to begin with, it doesn't work to their advantage this time.

By default, they're basically admitting Duncan is better.
Shit is so stupid though when nobody even cares about Magic or Kareem's 4 Finals loses.

Re: Have Kobe fans changed their player ranking criteria?
Their argument against Duncan is Head-2-Head which Lebron owns Kobe.

Kobe failing to win a ring in a weaker season = all time great fail.
Duncan's 4 > Bean's 5

It's not a fraction.
5 rings = 5 rings
7 finals appearances > 6 finals appearances
5/7 > 5/6

Nope. I still have Kobe ranking higher on my all-time list over Duncan.

There's no argument....
Duncan has a higher peak, longer prime, longer longevity... more efficient scorer, more of a teamplayer, twice the leader&teammate, can buy into a system, 3x times the defender, way better rebounder, better playoff&finals performer, edge in statistics & advanced statistics, more mvp's, more finals mvp's, more titles as leader/best player...
NO DEBATE.
Kobe = Stopped playing defense in 2004, egoistical cancer that has run multiple players out of town or hindered their progress (Shaq, Bynum, Howard), horrible leader/teammate, but more ppg...
It's always hilarious when Kobe fans say "stats dont matter/look past stats!" Literally everyting beyond statistics, INTANGIBLES AND CONTEXT, would suggest Kobe to be a WORSE player.... his late game choke jobs, no shows in big games, no defense since 2004 outside of 2008&2009 playoffs, weak side rebounds, home cooking assists, being a horrible locker room guy/teammate/leader... etc.

What about Bean's rings?
Only played in 4 full games of the possible 6 games in the 2000 Finals. 1/2 a ring!
2002 ring*
3 rings, 1/2 ring, an 1* for Bean
