Why did the dog do that? It was not provoked. Did it see the kid as food? Or did it hate the tricycle noise?

F*ck dogs that aren't tied up and just running around without a leash on. If I'm walking down the street and I see a dog ahead, who says its not just gonna pounce and attack me?
