The way followers on the internet who cant form original thoughts define it...you would probably have to slide Doctor J in over Lebron.
You go listen to some of his late 70s interviews he will flat out tell you "People want me to take over and just....guide the guys. But thats not me. Im not a leader. I like to go with the flow".
When he allowed George Mcginnis to come into the huddle and demand(and miss) the last shot to lose the 77 finals ISH would have exploded.
