Wade wins even more rings because he was a better player, more clutch, and a better teammate. They win the 04 finals with Wade because he wouldn't take that many shots away from Shaq. Also he would have not drove Shaq away so they may have won a few more rings on top of that. Also after Shaq more stars will want to play with Wade in LA than Kobe in LA as well. Wade is also more team oriented and won't take a gigantic Kobe contract that kills the cap room.

As for Kobe on Miami they win zero rings. They wouldn't have won in 06 with Kobe (Kobe could never have a NBA finals even miles close to Wade's 06 series, even if he got the same ref aided treatment Wade got) not to mention Lebron would have never joined Miami if Kobe was there instead of Wade. No one wants to play for Kobe.

With Kobe in Miami he would probably demand Shaq gets traded so Shaq would then get traded to LA

As for Duncan/KG...I don't know. I wish I could see the alternate reality universe where this happened and see what the results were.
