Good block at the rim. He got a piece of the ball first and then Lebron's hand, not his wrist, which is still part of the ball. You can make an argument about Johnson fouling though.

And not one Heat player had the presence of mind to immediately foul, as there was certainly enough time on the clock for one final shot attempt after fouling and getting the ball back. The no-call didn't cost Miami the game any more so than their attitudes and collective lack of focus in that last play.
