There are no 7'1 285 manbeasts with the ability to reach of over the square of the backboard "washing Windows". In fact there are none even in the NBA.

Wilt probably wouldn't even make a D1 College team today, but damn, imagine him washing windows

Dat 7'8 wingspan would make him like, the GOAT of washing windows in todays era. He wouldn't need a stepladder or nothing.

well if positions dont matter, then we'll just call it having two ball dominant guards playing together, and its the same premise.

it seems like evolution slowing down makes this very unlikely

There's nothing new about 2 pg line-ups. If your two best guards are small your team will do it often. That was the case in the past, is true now, and will be in the future. But UConn has not blazed some new trail for the NBA to follow, if you have a T-Mac you aren't benching him.

Mavs used to run Kidd and Barea in 2011 or Terry who has PG size, so did the Knicks last year with Kidd and Felton.

Is it the future? I don't know, if NBA don't get better SG's it might be. Right now you got SGs who are defensive stoppers and shooters (so they better be 6'6" or something) while the SF is the all arounder. So it may be the future of the position too.
