It's not hindsight for me though...LOL

Just kidding...you never really know what is going to happen...I just don't understand the logic. Although they have been great with Lee this year.

Clippers aren't the Nuggets. Without Lee, we won't make it out of the first round.

But now GSW has an excuse, so they have nothing to lose. Mark Jackson will still get to keep his position.

I think this helps Portland's chances at the 5 seed. I think Clippers are gonna tank the Blazers final game so Portland stays at 5. Then they can get the Warriors in the first round.

would still rather play the blazers

and anyway clips and rockets have it easier with warriors and blazers than the okc and the spurs who will have to play the healthy suns, mavs or grizz

I'm happy with the Rockets, Clippers, or OKC. I don't want San Antonio though. I don't think Portland can beat SA. Not with Stotts as coach. Pop would destroy him in the playoffs.

Lee lost weight in the off season. Someone on here said that Lee's body would be more fragile and he would be hurt. It turns out that that seems to be what happened. Lee lost a lot of muscle and wasn't strong enough to sustain the physical play.

They just don't need Lee imo, and while I like Barnes...his value was never going to be higher than it was after the playoffs last year. He's a good player still...don't get me wrong, but Lee/Barnes could have netted something real nice.
Naw the Warriors need Lee vs the Clippers is they play them in the first round. The Nuggets from last year were perimeter oriented which favor the Warriors regardless. The warriors need Lee against the Rockets if they move up as well

Didn't hurt them much last year and with the defence Jermaine O'neal plays while giving enough on offence I really don't think this is a big loss if you were going to lose one of your starters you would pick David Lee.

JO I think has looked great this season and he is a better match up defending the likes of Blake/Dwight/LMA or whoever they go up against. Even without Lee the Warriors can score enough imo.
