    He's already forgotten lol I asked by 5 year old son yesterday if he knew how many pts AI scored on Kobe on the finals and he said..who? He's a nobody nowadays

    I always thought you were a straight shooter...

    AI is a beast. It really depends. I don't think AI will be the player of the 00, in terms of the media because the media has a funny way of sweeping people like AI under the rug. But in terms of people who witnessed it... and word of mouth, I think he will be one of the most talked about.

    I dunno about all of these decade rankings, though. He did lead an ass team to the finals (don't come up here and try to say they were 'good defenders', they don't even have one knock down shooter, not one go-to post presence, either), he did cross MJ, he did wear clothes that made the commish sweat. I think his cultural impact will be remembered. But it's funny that they ousted him and tightened the reigns.

    The will never let someone like AI get popular again.
