I think so. He was such a great 3 point shooter. I loved him in Charlotte, the Hornets Nest. Back when the entire 3 point line was one big glob of paint.

He's like a Poor Man's version of Carmelo Anthony. Melo is a future hall of famer because like Rice he won an NCAA title.

I am very surprised that Rice was only 3x NBA All Star.
