Yup. Cole could legitimately be the franchise starting PG. Dude will be an all star withing 2 years.

He just looks so comfortable out there. He's nasty on defense, has improved his jumper and most importantly his decision making and vision. Kid is a beast.

He'll want a decent sized deal, and he'll get it - something along the lines of 3 years, 18 million.
Next year, Cole will be starting.
