Adidas set to throw Wiggins $180mil shoe contract

If Wiggins pans out and is the number one pick and all that other shit, he's going to generate Adidas much much much more than the $180 million they're paying him. I just like to think back to when Wiggins committed to Kansas. The top 3 trending topics in the United States had something to do with him or Kansas. Everyone knows who he is. Even the not hardcore NBA fans. The draft this year is been called "Wiggins sweepstakes". When you have a guy coming out of college that's the most hyped up since LeBron effing James, you make sure he's signed with you.

And while agree some of the signature shoes are overpriced... some of them are also great performance shoes. I have the Kobe VI's, CP3 VI's, and Durant VI's... and they are all amazing performance shoes.
