Chris Paul and Blake Griffin by a mile. Even analysts openly call them floppers on TV. With other guys they play semantics and give circular logic excuses. They say shit like "he FLOPS, but he's not a FLOP-ER" but with CP3 and Blake they just flat out call them floppers.
