I think the biggest difference is that beasley was driving and AZ has 0 tolerance when it comes to weed(could be wrong though, and that its actually decriminalized now) compared to lighting up at verizon amphitheater in so cal where up until june, you could find weed clinics on pretty much every corner in certain cities(not an exaggeration)

its a trip. I see people on Cops getting cuffed and thrown in jail for a pipe and a little weed.

In Oregon, the cops have caught me smoking numerous times, made me break my piece and take my weed, then let me go. I couldn't imagine going to jail over weed.

One time I got pulled over for speeding and had weed/pipe in my car, cop took both and wrote me a ticket for speeding and possession. Then let me go.
