The Wolverine is getting decent reviews

I have a feeling this one might sneak up on people as no one is expecting that much. Reading some of those reviews, it sounds very promising.

Seems very clear that at worst it is a huge improvement over the first Wolverine flick, I know that isn't saying much but at least we know it isn't complete Crap.

Haven't seen it, no basis other than Jackman's prior work in the genre, but I'd put solid money on it being shit. Cash the check Hugh Jackman, but until Marvel takes the kid gloves off their stand alone franchises are going to keep being shit. The Avengers movies and the Wolverine movies are completely different studios, etc. Marvel licensed out Wolverine, the other stuff is in house.

And the Avengers stuff makes shitloads of money, i get you don't like it and most of it i don't (and i liked Avengers, everything else i don't, Iron Man, Thor, etc.) but we are in the minority so i can't imagine them changing it nor would i if i was them.
