FIBA Officially Added HGH Testing
FIBA officially announced HGH testing:
http://www.fiba.com/pages/eng/fc/new...sReleArti.html
- The Central Board reviewed FIBA's anti-doping policy and decided to introduce blood tests for Human Growth Hormones (hGH) in all of FIBA's main competitions, starting with the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup in Spain and expanding to all continents as of 2015.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
However, of course, they made no mention of whether or not Team USA would continue to be tested by the NBA's own labs, without any oversight, and without any accountability, while all other players are tested by independent bodies, as has been the current policy ever since the NBA players started playing in FIBA.

The Greek League is very tough on it. Olympiacos (the team Spanoulis plays on) players got tested for HGH 14 times last season, just in the Greek League and several other times from Euroleague.
And they do the bio tests and the players have no warning before a test, they get no warning before a test comes, and the tests are totally random. Each test is of bio markers, blood sample and urine sample.
So yeah, pretty sure it's mainly the NBA players that have to be worried here.

Once again, the NBA tests Team USA players.
Since the NBA does not even test for HGH, this might actually be outside of there legal agreement, and might actually cause a problem for them.
The NBA players might actually have to get tested for real on this one.

Surely someone as quick as Rose and Westbrook combined is using HGH.

They've been in discussions (the NBA and NBPA) since the lockout but neither side seems in a hurry
