Durant doesn't have the dominant iso skills of prime T-Mac. Durant is basically a super-sized version of prime Ray Allen.

Durant is the superior shooter and is even more unstoppable going to the basket.

Durant is a turnover machine and relies on off-ball play much moreso than other wing superstats to get his points. He's more of a god-level Ray Allen in terms of scoring. His efficiency is also greatly boosted by the phantom calls he gets all the time, resulting in less missed FGA and more FTM. Him trying to facilitate usually ends up in like 8 ast/5 TO games, while Tmac AVERAGED 7ast/3TO and had much better court vision (it's not even close). Orlando Tmac was also a more explosive scorer, while Durant is more consistent. And athletically, it's not even close. Pre-injury Tracy McGrady had the fluidity and body control of Kobe, the vertical of Vince, a ridiculous wingspan, Jordan-esque hands and was as quick as they come.

He's NOTHING like Tmac except that he scores a ton of points and is a long ass motherfcker.

They're both silky smooth and have very high releases. Durant at 6'10", McGrady at 6'8". They're tall guards who are adept at shooting and driving.

KD's jumper is as close to robot as it gets. Stiff and mechanical. Quick and sharp release, no fluidity.

And all scorers are adept a driving and shooting. That's like saying "well Shaq is pretty much a taller and bigger Charles Barkley. Both were sort of fat and adept at backing down and scoring"
