I see Hornets not extending his contract and Boston picking him up.

Way too early for bust talk, but the moment I heard he was declaring for the draft, I shook my head. I thought he should have stayed in school for at least another year to polish his game. Kid isn't ready for the NBA at all. Most people seem to have that same opinion. Got caught up in all the hype and dollar signs. Probably wanted his own cash so he wouldn't need daddy's money anymore. He really should have stayed in school though. Would have benefited him tons. I always wonder what Coach K tells these kids.

His problem is that hes too weak and his frame is too thin... He cant absorb the slghtest bit of contact at the rack.... Biggest problem by far

Thats a big problem but for mine whats a even bigger problem is his basketball IQ or lack of it for a undersized guard.

Yea his bball iq isnt up to par at all...maybe it will never be. But that doesnt mean a pg cant be a productive nba player. I always figured hed be a scoring pg. i liked his speed, first step and ball handling.

Re: Is Austin Rivers a future Bust?
did people actually have expectations for him anyways? bad mistake. he can't shoot, rebound, or defend. his passing is decent but he shouldn't be epected to perform as a top pick would.
