    I think it would be

    1.Kobe
    2.Duncan
    3.lebron
    4.kg
    5.wade
    6.t-Mac
    7.dirk
    8.Durant
    9.Dwight
    10.Nash

    Kobe at 25 was coming off one of his worst years in 2004, Wade was coming off an amazing Finals run, and LeBron was coming off his second straight MVP.

    Kidd
    Kobe
    Durant
    Lebron

    Wade

    There are plenty of others I could make an argument for, but these were the first 10 to come to mind.
