I find it hard to believe that Kobe will relinquish his alpha role on the team but it is the best thing to do for the team. Kobe knows his basketball mortality and I hope he does develop a different role on the team as a more efficient off the ball player who takes advantage of the shot opportunities playing with D12 and Nash will present.

I have confidence that he can change his game to suit this new team because he is one of the greatest basketball minds the game has ever seen.

It will be nice to see Dwight play with a legit playmaker. One of his most productive regular seasons were with still prime jameer in 08 and vc in 2010. Of course, when the playoffs came around, vc just imploded.
