Err maybe because

*He is the best point guard in playoffs(when it matters the most) since last few years

*He lead the Celtics till Game 7 against the Heat when Rose/Westbrook couldn't do the same with much superior supporting cast?

*He was 1 quarter short of winning the finals MVP just 2 seasons back

Finally, he is 26 and entering his prime with Celtics having a perfect team built around him

He can't shoot and the other team doesn't even really guard him so screw his shooting % they treat him like it's a shootaround. He screws up 4 fastbreaks a game. He gets credit for his teammates all the time. He's overrated.
