Everyone forgets all the trouble they had with legitimate scoring big men (Garnett, Hibbert). Hilarious.

Yes Heat, championship cruise again. We know, we know.

    Chalmers reach-ins are just so

They aren't even necessary, just he's still reaching in like they have to have a steal at that moment or else the game is over.

I like Haslem because of his solid D and rebounding. Dude will grab boards, take charges, knock down that J or finish on the pick and roll. Either lineup would be good though. He also doesn't take any bullshit either. Old-school dude for real.

Those guys cant do shit against Lebron or Wade without help.
And guess what, if they get help off Gasol or Bynum they will have to cover three pointer shooters. And Chris Bosh.

They will be forced to play big, or else be punished for having Bosh try and defend them in the post.

Heat just have to hope that:

    A) They don't face the Lakers in the Finals
    B) OKC doesn't pick up an offensively competent, back to the basket, big man

If not, then yes, playing small ball will continue to be an advantage for them.

You don't need a centre to win now, there are 3 good ones. And the Heat have shown they can beat them already, before they hit good form and before acquiring more talent. Their team D is elite.

IK. But then he'll have moments where he scores 12 points in the 4th quarter. Derek Fisher 2.0 IMO. Drives you crazy, but seems to have a knack for hitting big shots. Chalmers is getting better decision making wise too, hopefully he'll eventually stop with his dumb fouls lol.

Most ironic post of the day. You are the one that seems to forget an awful lot. Garnett is a HOF player, dude was on one of his best playoff runs in his career. He was on a tear since March, playing like an All-Star putting up 20/10 night after night, everyone was going to have trouble with him, regardless of how big of a body they put on him.

Bosh was out against Hibbert and eventually they contained him.

Whatever dude. The Heat can't play run'n'gun against teams with good bigs. Sorry.

Unless your team can exploit Bosh at center, you don't have much of a shot.

This sounds a lot like Cleveland when they created a team to beat Dwight Howard only the problem is they never ended up facing Dwight Howard. The Heat can't play the Thunder every playoff series, what happens when they face a team with a 4 that's mobile or a center that will abuse Bosh in the post.

Ok no one can slow down Kobe or Bynum either. And wtf is Nash on defense? everyone know's he not the best, we didn't sign him to be a lock down defender. Yall had Chalmers/Wade/Lebron all take turns guarding Westbrook and Rondo and both ate them up for 40+ points.

Lebron can't even post up Kobe lmao. 2:49 mark http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5m3Uw6clqE Artest should be able to slow him down in the post.

And like someone said, Miami has problems with teams that have bigs. Dwight, Hibbert, and Garnett gave them issues. I'm shocked they haven't went out and got a real center yet, just in case they are forced to play against one of these teams. But i guess they love small ball, hey whatever works i guess.

We took care of the pacers and the celtics. We would only have to worry about one team in the finals and i'm sure we'll make it work.
