I'm really not sure if Lebron has ridiculously low body fat.

Anyways, I think except bench press, fights, and possibly vertical leap that LeBron would win in everything. Lebron is too nice of a guy to fight.

I guess you didn't see Cleveland LeBron. Dude was arguably the fastest from end to end. And he's still one of the fastest in the league. His quickness is nowhere near the same though.

    Blake is soft.

Lebron came into Heat camp last season at 5.1% bodyfat. Wade at 3.8%...

If that's not low, I don't know what is.

I think the only thing that Blake might beat Lebron at is bench press, even then I'm not sure due to Lebron being slightly older and hitting the weights longer.

I have a hard time any of those BF's numbers are even true. Most of the time those numbers are completely exaggerated and off by a decent amount.

I don't believe that is 5.1% body fat or even close to it for that matter.

LeBron's physique is very overrated IMHO. His body fat is NOT ridiculously low, I'd say it's pretty average for an athlete (key word: athlete). Not saying he isn't a beast but there are guys with better physiques in the league. Blake is one of them.

If his body fat is ridiculously low, his abs would be way more apparent.

Blake would be better in anything strength wise while LeBron would be better with speed/quickness and balance/stability.

Does anyone have LeBron's full draft stats? I can't find his bench press or 3/4 court sprint numbers.

It was from 2010-2011 in his first season with Miami. He looked a little bit leaner in 2012 but not that much.

All I'm saying is that the body fat thing is always exaggerated in the NBA. Aaron Brooks was like listed at like 2.7 body fat which is not even healthy for a human.

Here is a thread that talks about the myth of NBA body fats.

If I had to take a guess LeBron has 8-10% body fat.

Nope. the fact that lebron doesn't have these full draft stats and he always dodges the question when he is asked about his weight is because he wants to add to the myth of his abilities.

Lebron's on some human growth hormone stuff. You can clearly see that protruding gut.

When you naturally work out....your stomach should be sucked in not those protruding 6 pack abs.

    Protruding 6pack gut
