Well, he is arguably the most talented player after LeBron and Westbrook, so we'll see where this goes.

His contract clearly has more to do with how many people go to watch him dunk than his actual talent.

People have to figure that for the next decade or so ( minus a year or two) he seems like a pretty good choice to represent the clippers at every ASG, maybe another dunk contest or so, and the olympics now and in 2016. not to mention that he is a very great player that sterling would be a fool to lose.

This dude is the most overrated player in the league bar none, all he can do is dunk and rebound decently. He has no jump shot to speak of, a LIABILITY at the free throw line, has terrible man to man defense and no help defense once oh ever. He averages less blocks than Dwayne Wade for christ sake. He got benched in the playoffs for kenyon martin. He has no post moves to speak of and when he attempts to even do one his footwork is terrible. He jumps off the wrong foot repeatably or does some weird ass twirl while he is falling down. 5 years/95 million for a flopping dunker, but its the Clippers who would expect anything less.

    he's worth it

and at least the clips will not have to worry about their franchise guy for the next 6 years. Now if they can lock up CP3 with a 100+Mil deal next offseason they have their 2 core pcs locked in, albeit at a huge cost.

It's really ridiculous how much NBA players make.. $95 million.. He's set for the next 500 years of life, even taking into account inflation.

Yes, I'm jelly Give me 5 mill and I should be set.
