sorry i can't name 1 movie i liked better than the Avengers. not saying it has the best plot or something ever, but i've never liked or enjoyed a movie better than teh Avengers

One of the only movies that is actually worth spending money and going to the movies to see. Really contemplating going to see it 2 more times before the week is over. Literally dragging everyone I know to come see it.

My mind was blown when I went to go see it because I had never seen that many people at a movie theater before. We got there at 8 and all of the ones up until midnight were sold out.

Did the marketing campaign work that well, I honestly don't see why people are hyping this thing up so much. Saw it yesterday and walked away thinking it was a solid, fun action flick but Thor was a better movie by a good margin IMO. I have no clue why people like the OP are going nutty over this thing, I thought all the hype the Dark Knight got was justified because the movie was that good (best comic/superhero flick but FAR from "best ever period" ) but this.... maybe I'm just missing something
