Kobe played good in 2001, 2002, 2009, and 2010
yes even in 2010, 8 rebounds per game for a SG, and 15 rebs in gm 7
his teammates didnt carry his ass, for example in 2010 Kobe had 10 4th quarter points in game 7, the most in the game

And when or where did reality say this? Would you be really surprised if Kobe goes back to his old self next season, or whenever we have a season? He is not done yet. I don't think he is a top 5 player anymore, but he can work his way back up. He certainly wasn't even top 5 as far as top 5 players in the season last season either. The injuries have been nagging him for a while, but this off-season he got knee surgery which seemed to help him a lot from the basketball footage I saw from him last summer. The longer the lockout lasts the more rest Kobe will have and the more time Kobe will have to prepare for the season.

02 and 09 were amazing performances. 01 and 2010 were good.
Overall, Kobe is a good Finals performer.
