Jordan could run around and do jump shots... but they won't hit as often as Kareem's post moves. And Jordan will get tired sooner.
Has the one-on-one with Dr. J been mentioned? That wasn't even close. Of course, they were 40+ years old, and Jordan was better than Erving.

Well, after reading the melo fans, the kobe fans, etc posts it's pretty obvious that whomever the GOAT really is won't gete the credit deserved because of these type of fans we call 'homers' or 'stans'. Anyway if it's Make it take it and Dirk gets the ball first, he's my vote for the tournament winner. No little or bigman will stop his fade.
yes this means your favorite player won't stop his jumpshot, accept it =)
As for Kareem vs MJ I don't think height plays that much of a factor as opposed to speed does because MJ can dunk, making him able to block shots because no player stands above the rim. Kind of like how Wade blocks bigmen, yanno?
My vote goes to MJ in a close game.
