No Paspalj MVP in 1990 or 1992. No Dominique Wilkins MVP in 1996. Just like I said. But no............YOU, who have never in your entire life seen an A1 game know better.

Know better than me, that remembers my favorite team ('Nique's team) losing to Sigalas 3-1 in the Finals............yeah, OK. Whatever. Ignore list.

Zelko Rebraca, after winning the MVP in 00, goes on to average 6.9/4 in the NBA in 01/02.

It is done pretty much on a daily basis here. So many current NBA players were the MVP of the Euroleague apparently, that the Euroleague must have about 10 season and playoff MVPs each year.

Since, literally every single NBA player that played in Euroleague was the "Euroleague MVP".............according to the trolls and liars in this forum.

Of course, the problem is that 95% of these "Euroleague MVP"s according to trolls here that is, were in fact NEVER the Euroleague MVP. Either season, nor playoffs.

Can someone please explain then, why on a daily basis here, trolls lie and falsely claim that NBA players were "the MVP of the Euroleague", even though they were NOT.

I would love to hear this explanation.
probably because scrubs that get cut from NBA teams go to Europe and win Player of the Week, Player of the Year honors?

LOL at Sigalas winning all those MVP's. Dude was a good player and an elite defender, but nowhere near as great as winning 5 freakin' MVP's in a row. That's like prime Artest winning 5 MVP's in a row in the NBA. Like I said, his importance to his own team was nowhere near as big as that of guys like Paspalj or Tarpley. Especially in the early 90's. Are you kidding me? Paspalj in '92 averaged like 32 ppg, while Sigalas was yet virtually unknown to hardcore fans, and they're telling me he won the MVP? No Gad-dem way.

I see Peja on that list. A shame that the guy had to go from being a great 3 point shooter to a scrub that did nothing for the Mavs in the playoffs.

Lakas Fan You, you should stop this, seriousy.

Instead of facilitating the NBA fan's approach to the Euroleague, you make it impossible.

You could just start with admitting that the NBA - on average - is a league with better players, both from a technical and, above all, from an athletical standpoint.

If one doesn't admit this, his credibility is below zero, and when you try to show the good of the Euroleague, people won't believe you and think it's BS and bash the Euroleague.

This said, you're probably much more a troll than an actual Euroleague fan, so this post is useless.

Rasho Nesterovic was a monthly MVP in February of this year. Much like the NBA's "Player of the Month" award. Obviously not a real MVP, but still a statement of who is the best player over the course of a month.

    http://www.euroleague.net/news/i/83185/180/item
Anthony Parker was MVP ten six years ago, he was ten years younger, a great slasher for the then best team in Europe, all his shots were falling in, a wathershed season. But that said, his numbers were solid at best (14,8 pts and 6,9 rebs in a whopping 35 minutes per game), nowhere near an NBA MVP. The Euroleague is a different game...

people keep confusing leagues, see some players mentioned were mvp is their domestic competitions but not on the euroleague.
people need to realize the EURL is not a league persay but a competition much like the champions league is in european soccer

You mean like NBA 6th men and starters on NBA playoff teams going to the Euroleague and becoming scrubs there?

Sigalas was considered the best perimeter defensive player in the history of Europe. Paspalj was a heavy chain smoker that did nothing but shoot. Tarpley was a crack head...literally.

It is clear that you are trolling here.

They refuse to believe it. The NBA only fans refuse to accept any facts about European basketball. They are so hateful towards the Euroleague, that it clearly shows an inferiority complex and/or some kind of racism, due to the player's mostly being white.

Is there a reason NBA coaches more or less said Paspalj sucked and wasn't good enough to play in the NBA yet he was averaging 30+ points in Europe?
