To be honest, Kobe should have divorced his wife during the whole Colorado thing. Sure, he would have lost big money at the time, but he still had plenty to make and would have been able to keep this big current contract to himself.

Since he was still with her when he signed his current deal, she'd be entitled to half next year and the year after (assuming they dont have a prenup that says otherwise) even if they divorced tomorrow.
