He is Jewish, but this thread is still all lies and no links. Scheyer has already played in a USA uniform so I don't think he could even suit up for Isreal if he wanted. His parents were also born in the US, and assuming they use the same rules as FIFA, he couldn't play for Isreal.

Chris Kaman played for Germany cause his great grandparents were from there. I think its only if you can establish a direct link.

This.
Freakin' Shammond Williams played on the national team for like the Republic of Georgia, didn't he?

Re: John Scheyer Signed With Maccabi
Scheyer can play for Israel's national team if he chooses because he is a Jew. By Israel's law he is automatically from birth a full citizen of Israel. Under FIBA rules he can then choose to play for Israel if he likes.

Re: John Scheyer Signed With Maccabi
Jon Scheyer is in the Clippers training camp and Kirk Penney who Lakas claimed had no chance in the NBA training camp is in camp with the Spurs and has a good chance of making the team.

Nothing racist about my post. Calling euros soft isnt racist. And if you dont want remarks as such then I'd counter with asking you to be more of a basketball poster and not a d!ck. When someone challenges you or asks you questions? Dont reply like "No need to discuss basketball with those who have no knowledge". So if you cant accept that then I'll continue dissing your nation of softies and bums.
Hmm i wonder if your ancestors lived in the nation of softies and bums b4 they came to the US. idiot
