I have had a hard time with basketball shoes my whole life, comfort and style have never really matched up well until i found the And1 Open Run Mid a few summers back



fit so well, super light, and i like their simple style. i bought a second pair.

my girlfriend just bought me the Kobe IV Charlotte Hornet Draft Day Edition



I'm in a summer league and have had them for two games so far and they have been awesome. insanely light, i like the lower cut too. for a laker fan i tend to keep kobe at arm's length, somebody would have to buy me his shoes for me to wear them, but they are really nice shoes.

and for comedic value, nothing beat the Dada Sprewell's which had spinning f*cking rims on the sides of the shoes

I had 2 pairs of Grant Hill Filas and both were crap, fell apart in like 2 months. My personal favorite is the Jordan 13s, still use em.

I currently use the 23's, and they are amazing. My friend let me borrow his zoom kobe's for a game, and they are sooooooo amazingly light. They are as light as sandals. But whenever the newer shoes come out, the majority of them will be better than the old, just because of technology.
