Re: Kobe sleeps only 3-4 hrs/night?
All the Jordo VS Kobe retards will either hate or love this but MJ was well known to only sleep a few hrs a night. It helps if you are health and have a fast metabolism.

That plus Kobe wakes up wet

Actually Einstein slept 10 hours a day. It's during REM and slow wave sleep that your neurons strengthen their connections to remember the important stuff and also get rid of the useless info. There are not many people that can sleep 3-4 hrs every day. Besides, we are also forgetting that Kobe is an athlete that spends a ridiculous amount of time training. How can his muscles fully rest and rebuild with only 3-4 hours of sleep?

His body is in peak shape, and I'm sure his body needs a lot less rest then most who are out of shape.

I read an article in Sports Illustrated one time about Gilbert Arenas, and he said he did the same. He also said that all the greats slept that little as well, ie Michael Jordan.

It's possible but not every day.
One thing though is that NBA vets especailly ... most games are in the evening, so you can get a nap or two in during the day.
It's not like you have a second job you have to go to.
