I thought he had changed. Amundson was down on the ground and he got up and started talking trash to Z-Bo and he just snuffed him. It was a weak ass punch though. Z-Bo is a b*tch.

Thats not what happened. Amundson went down and Z-Bo stood over him talking trash. Admunson then got up and said some stuff to ZBo so Zbo threw a punch.
