It just seems like that if athleticism was the most important skill, very athletic players such as Gerald Green and James White would be able to get a guaranteed contract and actually play meaningful minutes in the NBA?

For the record Gerald Green is 10 times the basketball player James White is and he will be an integral part of the Mavs (yuck) this year.
