goat clutch and scoring burden (38% of team's points), and a record 34 ppg in an 82 pace series..

Understand that only MJ/Kobe averaged over 30 in an under 90 pace Finals

Lebron won with the worst true shooting - 52.9% in the 2013 Finals - worse than MJ ever had in Finals

MJ guarded Magic for 14 of 20 quarters in the 91' Finals (70%), to Pippen's 6 of 20 quarters (30%)..

MJ was also the primary defender on Drexler, Payton (game 3 and 5), Isiah Thomas (all the time), Reggie Miller, and Rod Strickland

The only time Pippen was the primary defender on the opponent's best perimeter player in the playoffs was the 96' ECF, where Penny outplayed him (25 ppg)

Otoh, Lebron's teammates play bad with or without him because he reduces everyone to spot-up shooters - weak teams let 1 guy dribble most of the time, so the team collapses without that guy.. Otoh, dynasty teams play great basketball with or without their star because they move the ball instead of having 1 guy dribble it all the time

Similar to other ball-dominators like Westbrook and Harden, lebron's teams play bad basketball.... people simply ignored it because he had super-teams that were winning the LEast every year..

    1993 Bulls Roster = 57 wins
    Armstrong
    Pippen
    Grant
    Cartwright
    Jordan (32.6 ppg)

    1994 Bulls Roster = 55 wins
    Armstrong
    Pippen
    Grant
    Cartwright
    Myers (7.9 ppg)

Sure the 94 Bulls won 2 less games without Jordan but the salaries probably even that out.

Why did replacing a 32.6 ppg player for a 7.9 ppg player result in only 2 less wins? Does Jordan have empty stats?

    Never forget Pete Myers:

    It's both

Because they make tons of their own threads saying the same shit, and then routinely bump them

    What's your top 10 list?

And no, you can't list MJ 10 times because I know you would do that.
