I'm not sayin this as a hater or to make jokes, it's a real observation.

Guy is all shimmies and winks when the going is easy. But like Barkley always quotes Tyson as saying, "Everyone has a plan til they get punched in the mouth."

When the going gets tough Curry lacks heart. He hides, he shields, he shrinks... he's kind of a nancy. I'm not saying he's not a terrific player. Not sayin he didn't earn his regular season MVP's. But he's not a scrapper. Other small guys like Nash, CP, Delly are legendary for their heart and willingness to punch back (figuratively) against anybody, any size, until the final whistle...

When Steph gets punched he turns and high-tails it to safety.

Guy doesn't seem to have any intensity or competitive fire. He's flicking up shots and dancing around when they're cruising in the regular season. When they run into a little adversity he looks like a deer in headlights who doesn't wanna be there if it's not gonna be easy. Doesn't really seem like a leader.

Just an observation.

Big time Curry fan, I love when the score is +10 and Curry is hitting these miraculous shots because his confidence is jacked up and he knows his team won't lose. Reminds me of a poor mans Mark Price

BUT....

When the Warriors are down, when the pressure is on, when he has to actually play defense, Curry is ineffective on both sides of the court.

And because the Warriors are such a great overall team leading most of the game you RARELY get to see this side of Curry

Agreed, but he is dealing with Goatbrook playing with anger and with a point to prove. Rus is just on another level. Big mistake putting Curry anywhere near him. Dude stamina is maxed out. Never see a guy that relentless on the attack from beginning to the end.
