Does adam silver have a ego at all. This guy has done basically amazing job over the last 3 years. Lessen back to backs, fire Clippers owner, etc.... He seems to actually value players opinions. Players called for longer break after allstar break ahd he gave it to them. He actually not reactionary either. He try to get shit done before he gets backlash.
