he has missed the playoffs every year of his career, and has had much better teams. the guy plays 0 defense, just so he can stat pad.
davis' whole team is younger and injured. he is carrying that squad

Davis is on a shitty team with a mediocre coach and players that are either inconsistent, unreliable, injury prone, or flat out bad. Oh yeah, he's also 20 year olds and in his 2nd season in the league.
Love has decent talent around him and a great coach. There is no excuse why someone of his caliber has yet to make the playoffs in his sixth season.
