I am fine with trading him. He deserves to be on a contender and I want the Cavs to be pretty awful a few more years. I hate when a guy who can make a difference on a contending team wastes good years on a lottery team.

This makes the most sense. Contracts match, Cavs get a good, young defensive C. Portland gets another scoring option with great rebounding and passing skills. When Nurkic gets healthy they will look good. Yeah, their defense will suck but you have a ridiculous 3 pt shooting squad right there.
