An assist consists of two things: A. someone passing someone else the ball, and B. the recipient of the pass putting the ball through the hoop. Assuming Kobe does job A (which, historically, is not his preference), who does job B consistently enough for Kobe to average an assist every 3 minutes, assuming his old ass plays about 32 minutes a game?

Is he going to rack up dimes passing to Ron Artest, Brandon Bass, and Roy Hibbert? Or maybe you think it will be Lou Williams and Swaggy P?
