He was the best player on rookie Wade's Heat team which made it to the second round and, IIRC, gave the Pacers a run for their money.
Odom's passing, ballhandling, rebounding, and finishing ability in the lane were all top notch. Despite his struggles now, I would not be surprised to see him completely rejuvenate his career and become one of the best players on a real egalitarian, spirited team, the way he was in Miami and the way Zach Randolph is right now.
