IIRC, the team with the worst record has way less than a 50% chance of landing the #1 pick.

And last time they got the #1 pick, it landed them John Wall, so...

As someone said, they are way better than their record indicates. They'll win more than 25 games I bet. Not because Wall is that good, but because they simply have good players this time. Their 2 best players were out for the first 10 games, weren't they?
