Is David Lee really working on his 3 point shot?

Espn article below... ''Rumor has it that Lee is spending this offseason practicing his 3-point stroke. Though a fine ball handler, passer and midrange shooter, he’ll need to bring something additional to cancel out defense like this, which shows up in some analysis as among the worst among all NBA big men.''

He should be working on his defense and inside scoring. A 3pt shooting PF is a nice gimmick, but he should work on things that would be more useful as a PF.

Can't see the warriors being serious contenders without a low post defensive presence

I personally like him and want to keep him, but it sounds like he's getting desperate to keep himself off the trading block with all these rumors circulating.

Easier to develop a three point shot (to counteract his defensive woes) than to learn to play tough interior D at this point in his career.
