Most teams know better than to try and sign a crazy guy with character issues and knee problems.

hes a center. the only thing you lose in knee surgerys is athleticism. and bynum doesnt really need much of that. he only needs to jump half an inch to dunk cause of his wingspan.

he can step out and hit 10-12 footers like gasol. nails his free throws.. hits the shaq bank shot with ease

hes a real center. teams could use a guy with actual skills whos tall and strong

i'd take a chance even if it only made me a champion 1 out of the next 10 years

bynum is the most skilled/powerful big man in the nba by far. dwight with his offensive game would average 40ppg

Bynum had a lot of maturity issues but looking at D12.......it makes me wonder. This dude if healthy had twice the upside that D12 doesn't have. He's skilled in the low post - knows how to use his body to work down low etc....

He lost a lot due to injuries - like being able to run down the court faster - among other things that you lose bit by bit like jumping ability etc....
Injuries affected his game defensively alot.

Were it not for the injuries - I wouldn't trade him for D12. Sadly - he's been injured for more than half of his career - even when playing for the Lakers in his best season -2012. Just a lot of what ifs - but kinda sad.

OP is actually right. Bynum > Howard

Dude is a beast in the post. Much better foot work than Howard, soft touch on the hook shot, he's taller and has longer arms than Dwight, and he can even knock down a mid range jumper every once in a while...oh yeah, and he's actually a decent FT shooter, unlike Dwight.

The guy doesn't love basketball. He just plays because he's good at it and he'll make more money doing this than he could doing anything else. He's the Adam Dunn of the NBA.

He'll be signed by someone but not by any team making a serious playoff push.

Meh, Bynum makes Dwight look mature.
