Kyle Singler will start in place of Rodney Stuckey tonight
 

Stuckey is out with "flu-like symptoms".

This is basically how Knight got the starting PG slot last season. Might Singler out perform Stuckey and force him back to the bench?

Singler has been alright, even a little better than I figured he would be. With that said, he's not a starter in the NBA. He did alright against other 2nd string players. He's also a SF and not a SG. There's some quick guys in the league that would just torch him at that position. I only see it as a short term thing. If Daye couldn't pull it off, I don't see any way Singler could.

Big difference between Singler and Daye is that Singler would be (along with max) our best scrapper, hustler and his effort is ALWAYS outstanding. He is a great defender and can knock down the 3. If he had the tools Daye did, he would be an absolute superstar. Perfect example about getting the most out of what you got... I think he is a great chemistry / team man, kind of like Prince.. He will not be the starting 2-guard all season - but he has quickly become a fan favorite with his play thus far...
