Top 25 Playoffs Series Scoring Averages Ever

1. Michael Jordan 43.67
2. Jerry West 40.64
3. Elgin Baylor 38.62
4. Elgin Baylor 38.08
5. Hakeem Olaju 37.50
6. Bob McAdoo 37.43
7. Wilt Chamberl 37.00
8. Michael Jordan 36.69
9. Michael Jordan 36.30
10. Michael Jordan 35.67
11. LeBron James 35.29
12. Kareem Abdl-J 35.20
13. Michael Jordan 35.05
14. Wilt Chamberl 35.00
15. Michael Jordan 34.76
16. Bernard King 34.75
17. Rick Barry 34.73
18. Wilt Chamber 34.67
19. Kareem Abdl-J 34.64
20. Michael Jordan 34.50
21. Jerry West 34.21
22. Gilbert Arenas 34.00
23. Tracy McGrady 33.75
24. Elgin Baylor 33.44
25. George Gervin 33.33

Fact 1: Lakers' Elgin Baylor has Top 5 Playoffs scoring series TWICE.

Fact 2: Michael Jordan is in Top 10 scoring series 4 times.

Fact 3: Kobe Bryant has never had an all-time Great Playoffs series SCORING wise. Kobe is not even in Top 30 btw.

A player is constantly called Top 10 GOAT but against better defensive teams in the post-season, not a single all-time great series SCORING wise when he dropped many 50 pts & 60 pts games regularly in reg season & led NBA in scoring TWICE in reg season.

Something for modern NBA fans to think about.

Do you not know what a series is? A series is one playoff round. This is highest single playoff runs. At least get it right. I liked how you mentioned Kobe in there, cool to see that you still think about him everyday.

No games played = no context

He's listing playoff run averages without the amount of games played in each run. So you have some playoff "runs" of just one series and other that went to the finals.

12 playoff series with 30+ ppg. Can anyone compile a top 10 list of the most 30+ ppg playoff series?

It doesn't matter. The amount of games played in a series isn't controlled by the player ...

And the point of the game to advance is for a team to finish off the other team in the LEAST amount of games possible.

You're going full retard with this post, dude.

The numbers listed here are from playoff series. Not playoff runs, IE 1st round to Finals.

You're coming across angry, looking for a point of contention to argue because Kobe isn't on the list. Let it go.

Take solace in the high scoring performances he had in the regular season.

Those are playoff runs, not series that OP posted. And most of these playoff runs end in the first or second round.

If they were series then where is Kobe's 35.0 ppg in 01 conference semis?

OP says series, so I'm trusting it's series not accumulative playoff run averages.

Calm down tough guy. OP doesn't speak english properly and is mixing up runs with series. Why do you think Lebron's 38 vs Magic isn't there? He averaged 35 in the 09 playoffs total, so that's why it's there instead.
